Your responsibilities and tasks

The role of boarding school staff involves varied tasks that contribute to creating a pleasant and well-functioning environment for the operations. You will work in the restaurant providing service to our visitors. You will also, as needed, support other parts of the operations, such as facility maintenance. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to help where needed.

Your knowledge and skills

We are looking for you who have:

• Upper secondary education or other experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Category B driver's license.

The following are meritorious:

• Experience working in a restaurant.
• Experience in government administration.
• Experience with facility care within hotel operations.
• Good computer skills.

About the position

We offer you a fixed-term employment in the form of a temporary position with the possibility of extension.

Your place of work will be Sandö, and travel may occur within the employment.

About us

The position is located in the school section for boarding school 2. The school section's task is to provide course and conference service, student service, the agency's telephone exchange, and reception. This includes hotel, restaurant, and facility care services, as well as ongoing contact with the landlord regarding daily operations and maintenance of facilities.

We also offer you the opportunity to take wellness hours and you will receive a wellness allowance. For you as a government employee, there are also favorable holiday terms.
